Beschrijving
The Walk of Fame has more than 2 000 bronze-trimmed granite stars embedded in the sidewalks in tribute to major entertainment personalities (cinema, television, theatre and music). The first dates from 1958 and celebrates the actress Joanne Woodward. It's worth noting that each celebrity has to part with a sum of 30 000 dollars for the privilege of seeing their name on the pavement here - a trifle for most of them.
