The spiral ramp of the Célestins car park is built around a central shaft embellished with rows of arches. Its architectural lines are accentuated by a double play of light and alternating black and white paintwork. Below, the inclined circular mirror rotates to reflect the arches on it. Entitled Sens dessus dessous, this car park has been designed by Daniel Buren, Michel Targe and Jean-Michel Wilmotte. A periscope in the square provides an intriguing view of the car park.
