Bamboo forests, wild flowers and hills covered in teak provide the backdrop in the Doi Khun Tan national park, which attracts large numbers of Thais at weekends. Numerous footpaths lined by orchids criss-cross the park, one of which leads to the Tat Moei waterfall.
