Built to honour the men and women who have served the US Navy in the 20C, Patriot's Point features three historic ships, a military museum, and a mock-up of a Vietnamese naval base. The site's centrepiece is the World War II aircraft carrier Yorktown, known as the "Fighting Lady". Visitors are free to explore this vast floating museum by following the different marked routes. In all you'll find 26 naval aircraft on board, in addition to other warships moored here.
