Beschrijving
The church was built in the 14C on the site of an early Christian building, incorporating its external walls, two mosaics and the columns lining its single nave. It contains an interesting set of works from different periods. In the right aisle, the Cappella Cacace is a wonderful Baroque monument. The transept crossing has a fine triumphal arch, and the funerary monument of Queen Catherine of Austria is by Tino di Camaino.
