Beschrijving
From the outset, the aim of this aquarium was to present the aquatic treasures of the colonies to the public; as a result, the collections were updated on a regular basis. Today, the aquarium boasts some 5 000 species from hot and temperate regions. The impressive crocodile pit is hugely popular, although the colourful fish from coral reefs are also well worth visiting.
