Beschrijving
To make the fountains of Potsdam work, Friedrich Wilhelm IV designed a Moorish-inspired pavilion to house the steam pumps that would power them. The "mosque" (1841-43) is a highly effective marriage of art and industry. You also get to see the machinery during your visit.
