Beschrijving
This steep hill, north of Union Square, offers superb views of San Francisco and the bay. It remained uninhabited until the creation of the cable car, the epic story of which is told in a small museum. It then became the nabob district, namely the most chic in the city. Nob Hill is still very exclusive despite the disappearance of many mansions during the great earthquake. California Street, which still has some prestigious hotels.
