The rather touristy old town of Scottsdale is like a Western set. What is more, the recent Museum of the West celebrates the Far West in all its guises. The surrounding area is dotted with luxury homes, including two unusual residences, designed by architect Frank Lloyd Wright and his one-time pupil Paolo Soleri.
