Beschrijving
The combination of the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres (created in 1740) and the Musée National de la Céramique (founded in 1824), this international ceramic centre showcases the history of this art, as well as highlighting contemporary works and digital techniques. After visiting its workshops, discover its extraordinary collections featuring over 55 000 exhibits from around the world: Islamic ceramics, Renaissance objects, porcelain from China and Saxony, as well as examples of soft low-fired porcelain from the 18C-20C.
