Nestled south of the bishop's apartments, this wooden building built in 1776 comes from the village of Glotovo near Yuriev-Polski. This is the oldest type of wooden church, built with logs and a pitched roof and patterned on the isba. It is the origin of the Museum of Wooden Architecture on the opposite bank of the Kamenka.
