Porcelain was made at Coalport from 1799 until the factory was transferred to Stoke-on-Trent in 1926. The old workshops have been restored and turned into a museum, presenting the manufacturing techniques used at Coalport. Coalport China is known for its delicateness and intricate floral decoration.
