A Unesco World Heritage site, this archaeological discovery is a unique vestige of Iberian urban culture. First inhabited in the 5C BC, it evolved over the next five centuries into a commercial, political and strategic centre of paramount importance. Its layout enables visitors to walk its ancient streets, bordered by house foundations and watercourses. The Visitor Centre provides extensive information to better understand the site.
