Beschrijving
This lush botanic garden is one of the oldest in the country (1820). The large greenhouse conserves several thousand natural habitats and themed areas: Hawaii's plants, medicinal plants, orchids, the jungle etc. A walkway has been built 7m above the canopy. Outside, gardens have been designed, including a magnificent rose garden, an endemic plant garden and another specifically to attract butterflies.
