Beschrijving
This region of varied landscapes and pristine nature along the Alentejo coast remains pleasantly unspoilt. It features a mix of sand dune beaches, inlets at the foot of high cliffs, small fishing ports dotted with colourful boats, such as Zambujeira do Mar and Porto das Barcas, green fields of grazing sheep, old cork oak forests, houses painted blue and white, and old fortresses that recall the history of conflicts between Moors and Christians. From Cape Sardão, enjoy a fine view of the coast and the Atlantic.
