The locals all agree: the Torre des Savinar, 200m above sea level, offers the best vista of Ibiza: the rocky mass of the island of Es Vedrà emerging from the sea. This defensive tower (1756) has conserved its entrance gate and its lower level, which served as a storage area before being turned into a cistern for collecting rainwater. To get fabulous photos, sunrise and sunset are the best times.
