Chef Ross Kilkenny brings a certain California swagger, mirroring the colorful, eclectic space with his au courant menu, as in kimchi rösti with a fried egg and okonomiyaki sauce, or chèvre ravioli with Calabrian chili, charred broccolini, and golden fig. Eye-catching desserts, like an intricate, architectural composition of mocha savarin, dark chocolate and passion fruit caramel, offer a fitting finale.
