Beschrijving
This Chinese restaurant has been preaching the gospel of Cantonese cuisine for years. The richly-varied bill of fare centres around seafood, grilled items and dim sum, with whole-steamed grouper being worthy of note. Don’t pass up the steamed gyoza dumplings and siu mai dumplings. Salt stir-fry of seafood and veggies, dried abalone and stewed sea cucumber are all excellent choices as well. The goal here is to serve orthodox Cantonese cuisine. Cooking that can stand with the best Hong Kong can offer testifies to the passion of chef Hikoaki Tan.
