Beschrijving
The old Cistercian abbey, founded in 1199, probably reached its peak in the mid-14C. After bearing the full brunt of the Thirty Years war, it was used for a time as a "quarry". Only a few sections of the church and the cloister today remain of this magnificent edifice.
