Beschrijving
This sake brewery, housed in an old warehouse, which still smells of straw and old wood, contains a museum that illustrates the different stages of the brewing process thanks to life-size models. The visit also includes a 10min-film and an explanatory leaflet (both in English), followed by a free tasting. The brewery is located in the Nada neighbourhood, which has been the main production centre of sake in Japan for well-nigh seven centuries.
