Before Teeling chose to open in the heart of Dublin, in the Liberties, in 2014, no new distillery had opened in the capital since the 19C. Illustrating the revival of Irish distilleries, this brand's whiskey is already a big hit with enthusiasts. The tour of the site covers all the stages of production and the subtleties of tasting.
